ROKT is keen to encourage enthusiastic young climbers and for those that wish to come down un-supervised we have 2 different induction procedures. For those that wish to make full use of ROKT’s top roping and lead facilities as well as all our bouldering we have a short competency check with one of our instructors which covers the safety aspects of the use of our climbing wall:
- For the induction to use: Top Rope, Lead Climbing and Bouldering the cost is £15 per person.
If you would like to do a bouldering-only induction this costs just £7. You will have a short session with one of our instructors who will go through the registration procedure, safety and a short introduction to some techniques.
N.B. All 14 to 17 year old inductions require the initial presence of a parent for a 15 min tour and registration forms.
