'I want to learn how to use the Gresham training Suite effectively'
These 90 minute sessions will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to use the new Gresham Training Room facility effectively. The 4-week course, which consists of a 90 minute session every week, will be held on Tuesdays, 7:30pm - 9:00pm and costs £15 pp. At the end of the course you will be given a personalised training plan, enabling you to keep on track with your progression.
