ROKT Refund Policy
- Bookings cancelled more than 72hrs before the course are entitled to a full refund on total course cost.
- Bookings cancelled less than 72hrs before the course are only entitled to receive a maximum of 50% of the total course cost.
- ROKT vouchers are only redeemable against ROKT goods and may not be refunded for cash.
- Refunds may only be given with approval from a duty manager.
